So someone parked a stolen car in our alleyway and was trying to get parts off it. A neighbor called the police. As us respectable citizens went down to loiter and watch the police check things out, a lady walked up with a three-legged dog to watch.
I just kept staring at the dog. Gryphon really needs to keep him from stealing cars. .___. |

So, I went to this restaurant last night called "Opaque." The servers are blind, but the guests are blinder. There are no lights, and any source of illumination is covered. The whole idea is to eat in pitch blackness.
It was pretty amazing.
No, I'm a little bit of a junkie when it comes to sensory deprivation (Tactile Dome, anyone?) but this was actually really unique. It was a four-course meal, and really good food throughout, and our waitress, Beatrice, was really kind.
We started by ordering our food in the light outside (there's always the option to have them pick for you so it's a complete surprise,) and then Beatrice led us in in single file. We all held on to one another, and I think we were the first people in that night, but I'll never know because once we turned the first corner, it was completely pitch black.
( And then they jumped out and said, SURPRISE! ) |

I'm not in school, and none of my friends have contacted me since the last day. Or, maybe they've tried to, but I've lost my phone.
Gryphon's never online anymore unless I drag her on, and I always feel like I'm begging and goading her into something she doesn't want to do.

Okay, so the old version sucked, plain and simple. It was so terrible that I almost sent away the 2000 version without watching it... But then I gave it a chance.
And it was actually excellent. The singing was amazing, the actors were spot-on, and aside from all the apostles being gayer than Bard Stefen*, it was amazing. Actually, the gayness actually added a wonderful lol factor, and (I am so going to hell for this, ) the UST between Judas and Jesus was hot, okay?!
.______. Yeah, of course, that's complete gibberish to anyone who hasn't, ya know, read the Bible, but the musical isn't meant for people who don't already know the story inside and out. SPOILER: Jesus dies.
*Simon Peter looked like a backstreet boy, okay?! D= |

Okay, so here's my problem:
The Mac direct download of the full version of Spore Creature Creator is not going to be available for who knows how long. Do I front the 15-odd bucks to get the hardcopy version, which won't arrive for several days (or go 25+ for the fast delivery,) or do I wait indefinitely for the download to be up, hoping it will be up soon, or just hope that someone will put up a torrent soon?
Any suggestions?
